One QR code for photos and videos

Test the printed code

Print a sample at the size you plan to use. Scan it from a normal sitting distance, then upload a photo and a video. Ask someone with a different phone to try it too. Check the saved files in your album.

Put it where guests can find it

Table cards, event messages and a sign near the guestbook are possible places. Include a short explanation and the upload link as well as the QR code. Guests can use the link again afterwards while uploads remain open.

Allow time for videos

Video files can be much larger than photos. Keep the upload page open until the progress display confirms completion. If a link opens inside another app and the file picker does not work, try Safari or Chrome directly.

Interrupted transfers resume when you return to the upload page. This does not mean uploads continue indefinitely while the phone is locked; check completion before putting it away.

Understand what the link allows

A guest link allows contributions. It does not let guests browse the host’s private album. Share it with the people you want to contribute, and finish collecting when everyone has sent their files.

Can we print our own QR code?

Yes. You get a QR code and printable table cards for your event.

Do guests need internet?

Yes. They need Wi-Fi or mobile data to send files. A saved photo on their phone is not in your album until the upload completes.

Does the code work for other events?

Yes. The same collection flow works for birthdays, family celebrations and company events.
