Your album is kept until 30 days after your event’s first anniversary. Without a date, we use the album’s creation date.

Your QR code and guest link appear after payment. Confirm your email once to manage your private album.

Good to know

Before you gather everyone.

Does everyone need an account or company email?

No. Attendees use the QR code or upload link without signing in. Only the event owner confirms their email to manage the album. Anyone with the upload link can contribute, so share it with your intended attendees.

Can we use the photos in a newsletter or on social media?

You can download the originals, but collecting them does not automatically grant permission to publish them. Get the necessary permission from the photographer and anyone pictured before sharing them outside the album.

Is there a team subscription or a shared admin workspace?

No subscription: it is one payment per event, managed by one signed-in owner. Shared admin roles, SSO and a multi-event company workspace are not part of this offer.

Is the album visible to all attendees?

No. It is private to the owner unless you enable the guest gallery. You can let attendees browse without enabling original downloads. Keep the QR code within your event: it is an upload link, not an employee identity check.

How long can I keep the files?

Your downloads are yours to keep. The online album is deleted 30 days after your event’s first anniversary, or its creation anniversary if you leave the date blank. The exact date is shown in your album. Save individual originals as they arrive, or close collection when everyone is finished to prepare one combined download.
