What we keep, and for how long
Yours to keep. Two weeks to download.
When you accept delivery of your prepared album, your two-week download window begins. Save the photos and original videos. Access ends at the displayed deadline; the next daily cleanup deletes our hosted media copies. Your downloaded files are yours to keep.
Your guest upload link lets people contribute, without giving them access to everyone else’s files.
Before you book
A few useful answers.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes. Photos and videos are included in the same album. Files can be up to 5 GB each, with up to 500 uploads per guest device. Large videos need time and a stable connection; keep the upload page open until they finish.
Who can see the album?
The signed-in event owner. Guests can send files through your QR code or link, but cannot browse or download the private album.
Do we get the original files?
Yes. Save individual photos and videos as they arrive, or finish collecting to prepare one combined download. We do not compress your saved originals.
When do the 14 days start?
When you explicitly accept your prepared album. Simply uploading files or receiving an email does not start the download window. The exact deadline is shown in your album.
