Save individual photos and videos while your album is available. When everyone has finished uploading, close collection and prepare a download of the whole album. Save your files before the deletion date shown in your album.

Guest uploads stay private. You choose whether to share the album back, and guests who asked for updates get a link only while that setting is on. Files you have downloaded are yours for good either way.

Nothing renews. One payment, one event. There is no subscription to cancel.

Before you book

A few useful answers.

Will our guests actually use it?

Make the QR easy to find and invite guests to share: on the tables, during a toast, or in the group chat afterwards. They scan, choose photos or videos, and upload without an app or account. Guests decide what to share; participation is never automatic.

Can guests upload videos too?

Yes. Photos and videos are included in the same album. Files can be up to 5 GB each, with up to 500 uploads per guest device. Large videos need time and a stable connection; keep the upload page open until they finish.

Who can see the album?

The signed-in event owner, always. Guests can send files through your QR code or link and see only their own uploads, unless you choose to open the album to them — a switch in your album, off until you turn it on. You can let them look without letting them download.

Do we get the original files?

Yes, and this is the point. Save individual photos and videos as they arrive, or finish collecting to prepare one combined download. Nothing is recompressed at any stage: the bytes you download are the bytes the phone recorded, which is what makes a large print possible.

How long is the album kept?

Until thirty days after your event’s first anniversary. If you leave the event date blank, we use the album’s creation date instead. The deletion date is shown in your album; save your originals before then.

Do we have to accept anything to keep it?

No. Accepting the prepared download only tells us you have it. Nothing you do or fail to do shortens the year.
