Bring your guests’ photos and videos together

Give everyone one place to send what they captured. Make it easy to find, try it before the wedding, and save your files afterwards.

Choose where the files will go

You can use a shared folder you already have or an event collection service. Before choosing, ask a friend to try sending a photo and a video from their own phone. Check whether they need an account, whether the upload completes and whether you can download the original.

Video support is available from several event services, including GUESTPIX, WedUploader and Kululu. Compare file-size limits, guest steps and storage windows alongside the price.

Give guests one link

Put your QR code on table cards and include the same link in your event messages. Label it clearly: ‘Share your photos and videos.’ Tell guests who receives the files and whether other guests can see them.

Leave room for uploading afterwards

Large videos take time to transfer. Ask guests to keep the upload page open until it confirms their files are saved. If the connection is unreliable, they can return to the link later while collection is still open.

Share the link again after the event. Keep reminders optional and give guests a clear way to stop receiving them.

Save your album

Check the download deadline before booking. After collecting, download your files and open a selection of photos and videos to check them. Keep another copy somewhere you control.

You can save individual originals as they arrive. When everyone has finished, prepare the combined album and explicitly accept it to begin the 14-day download window.

Questions people ask

Do guests need to install an app?
It opens in the phone’s browser and does not require a guest account. Other services have their own requirements, so try the guest upload process before booking.
Can guests upload videos?
Yes. Photos and videos go into the same album. Several competing services support video too; compare their current size and storage limits.
How many files will we get?
That depends on what your guests record and choose to share. We do not promise a participation rate or a number of photos.
