Your album is kept until 30 days after your event’s first anniversary. Without a date, we use the album’s creation date.

Your QR code and guest link appear after payment. Confirm your email once to manage your private album.

Can I set this up as a surprise?

Yes. Create the album yourself and share the QR code or link with the guests. Your email is used to manage it, so the birthday person doesn’t need to set anything up. You can give them your downloaded photos and videos afterwards.

Can friends add photos after the party?

Yes, while you leave uploads open. Send the same link to the group chat so people can add what is still on their phones. Uploads aren’t automatic: each person chooses what to share and keeps the page open until it finishes.

Can we include old photos and video messages?

Yes. Guests can choose existing photos and videos from their devices, including older memories and videos they recorded beforehand. Each file can be up to 5 GB, within the album’s 25 GB storage.

Can everyone see the photos?

The album is private to the signed-in owner by default. Guests see their own uploads. You can open the shared gallery to guests, with a separate choice to allow original downloads.

How long can I keep the files?

Your downloads are yours to keep. The online album is deleted 30 days after your event’s first anniversary, or its creation anniversary if you leave the date blank. The exact date is shown in your album. Save individual originals as they arrive, or close collection when everyone is finished to prepare one combined download.
